I just bought a pair and they didn’t come with the hooks or a pouch but Iv seen others that did come with the hooks and pouch? null

Older models had the wingtips and case
Newer models no case and the double decker ones instead

If you purchased the beats x, they do not come with the hooks. The earbuds, yes.

I would take them back and exchange them. Mine were refurbished and came with all the accessories.

they don't come with them anymore. probably because people were confusing them with the Powerbeats and wearing them to workout.

The previously boxed Beats X earphones came with the wingtips but more recently boxed Beats X do not come with the wingtips. They have magnetic earbuds so that they hang securely around your neck when you're not using them.
