• Older models had the wingtips and case Newer models no case and the double decker ones instead

• If you purchased the beats x, they do not come with the hooks. The earbuds, yes.

• I would take them back and exchange them. Mine were refurbished and came with all the accessories.

• they don't come with them anymore. probably because people were confusing them with the Powerbeats and wearing them to workout.

• The previously boxed Beats X earphones came with the wingtips but more recently boxed Beats X do not come with the wingtips. They have magnetic earbuds so that they hang securely around your neck when you're not using them.
