Not even close my friend. The noise canceling on these and others similar will slightly muffle a 12 gauge trap load shotgun blast outside in the wind just enough that you don’t flinch. They are made for music and conversation, I would never ever consider them hearing protection.

They are not gun range compliant rated.

Technical specification wise I’m not sure, but I believe they will work similarly, if not better than Walkers.
