If you have it through apple care yes but if you did not select it then you won’t.

My purchase came with 24 mos AppleCare. I would check on any additional perks that were part of the initial purchase. I also have the Best Buy protection offered. If you purchase that, then there would be a good resource to use in fixing or accessing this issue.

Mine do the same always have to put them back in the case open it and reconnect multiple times.
These should come in McDonald's happy meals I swear the gas station Bluetooth ear buds sound and work more consistent

Put em in the charge box and make sure bluetooth is on, on your phone thats what i do they reconnected instantly
