how do these fit small ear canals? null

They have different sizes of ear pieces that fit different not the ear and mine fit very accurately!!

For me the earbuds kept coming loose, so I had to use a third party ear tips

They come with medium ear tips out of the box but come with large and small ear tips in the packaging as well.

They come with size options. The smallest bud fits my ears best
