• Very happy, fit perfectly, does not drop at all, I’m doing HIIT training and the ear head stick in my ears.

• They will replace it but for a small fee. The reason it didn’t stay in ur ear is bc u had the wrong size ear piece on it.

• No Way. It’s beyond Sad that with Today’s technology, one Beat’s can’t be tracked!!! So in return, they offer a “Discounted” replacement for $89!
