• Like with any technology, it's really not meant to be in heat for long periods of time but I've taken my buds into the infrared and steamed saunas and haven't had any issues. the range is about 45-50 feet for connectivity. Make sure the case stays outside since it's not waterproof or water resistant.

• As long as it stays in your ears it can last up to at least 20 minutes from my experience.

• I wouldn’t wear them in a sauna. Not a good idea to wear any electronic devices where there is exposure to a lot of humidity. You could be asking for trouble!
