• Mine do the same thing. I assume it's because I use them with and android phone.

• It's because there a feature in the ear bud as soon as you take it off it stops playing but I haven't had that problem download the app it's compatible with Android and apple but I'm using Android I haven't had a problem with it even connecting it with Bluetooth
