All my callers on the other end of the line say my background noise is obnoxiously extremely loud. Even though I toggled on the “reduce loud background noise” setting on my phone. Even rain hitting my windshield they said was super loud.

No noise cancelling. I can tell you that while on a call the other person can hear me walking on my gravel driveway, so maybe not what you are looking for as far as cancelling out background noise. Sound quality otherwise is absolutely amazing in my opinion for music (bass) and clarity on calls.
