• Standard Bluetooth pairs with almost anything. Cell phone yes, the tv, doubtful, without getting an add on. Which is called a Bluetooth transmitter. Don’t get that confused with a Bluetooth receiver. That just lets you hear your phone on the tv. There are devices that have both capabilities.
