Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think you have to disconnect from old phone first then search for them on the new phone but make sure they are not connected to any other devices
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go to settings screen on your phone and select Bluetooth to make sure it is turned on. Go to my devices and look for Beats Flex. Turn on the earphones. Place the earphones near the phone and you will see onscreen as the connection between the earphones and the phone is occurring.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I tried to give my old set to my son and they wouldn’t pair for him either. Weird, because I had no problem with either of them. I made sure to delete the device from my phone too, so Idk.
