• Not sure about warranty but mine came with everything. It looked like it was brand new.

• You won’t get the original eartips for obvious health reasons. However you’ll get the three extra tips, charging cord, case and standard warranty. The manual is a crapshoot, but I just look that up online.

• Mine didn’t even come with the basic ear tips I had to use one of the 3 included, it didn’t have any manuals either. I would say it’s just random what you get
