Of course you can return them to any bestbuy stores or even do a free ship to bestbuy center. These are coming with all its original accessories, but not in the original package as these are refurbished and bestbuy will package them and those are usually in mint condition, but if you find a major scratch or anything wrong with them, you can just return those and order another pair! Also, these are coming with 3 month GEEKsquad warranty in advance ;)

I did not get instructions, but did get the charging cable, carry case, and new earbuds.
