are the earbud tips brand new, or refurbished as well? null

Well, my first pair of refurbished only had Small and Large. No medium. She they can’t send Medium. They sent a second beats. I just got it today and still no Medium. Maybe they don’t give them bc this is 2/2 with out medium. I just opened the case and there’s Nothing attached to the earbud once again. I’ll call but I’m sure they don’t know what’s going on still.

The original medium ear bud tips did not come with the refurbished ear buds but it did have new ear bud tips in the small and large size.
