“I have tried all the sized earbuds provided and still cannot get a good seal to cut out outside music. Any suggestions.”

I would highly recommend getting different ears that fit the earbuds better!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It was recommended to me to get a different set of ear buds. There is a place in the settings, accessed by Bluetooth, once you select the powerbeat pros to ensure your fit has the right seal. I was able to test them in the settings to check and ensure I was getting a good seal, I finally found the pair that worked but they still felt off. I just got another set. I was surprised I had to go larger for a better seal. I have never had to use the large size.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had the same issues with one of the earbud. The medium in my left ear did not provide a good seal but the larger bud did but was uncomfortable. Not sure if beats sell additional buds but you can find on the market say Amazon to try different fits prior to recalibrating. Hope this helps
