“I have tried all the sized earbuds provided and still cannot get a good seal to cut out outside music. Any suggestions.”

• Had the same issues with one of the earbud. The medium in my left ear did not provide a good seal but the larger bud did but was uncomfortable. Not sure if beats sell additional buds but you can find on the market say Amazon to try different fits prior to recalibrating. Hope this helps
