• I think that's just the microphone on the earphones it sounds like that for me but if you cover the mic is goes away so it's definitely normal. Or it could be transparency mode which you can turn off and on

• For a while, no static. Then there is so much static and buzzing so bad that you have to remove them from the ears. The amount of money, we should not have to deal with this. I have also the pro and there has never been any static or busy. I have return the the 2 and the same things happens. I’m returning them!

• Yes, I started hearing slight static in one earbud about two weeks ago and today I was on a phone call and there was so much interference I had to hang up.
