Make sure the charging connection on earbud is seated well in the charging case. You may have to clean charging connections on buds and case every once and while too
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check to make sure the contacts on the bottom of the ear piece is touching the metal contact inside of the case. One of the posts on the case might be sticking.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine did the same thing a week after I bought them. The right side dead, left side perfect. I noticed if you place them in the case and just let the magnet put them in place the right side wasn’t making connection, but left was. I wiggled it a little and it made connection. So now when I place them in the case I put the right one in first and make sure the light comes on indicating it’s charging. Then I Place the other one and I’ve had no more issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had my Powerbeats for 3 weeks and the right earbud quit working. I wasn’t happy with their performance and planned on returning them anyway.
