“I’ve had these for 8 months and HATE them. One of them is always dead because any slight movement of the case takes it off charge. Should not be this difficult. SUCKS. Want to exchange for some thy different! Is that possible?”

• When charging did you make sure each of the two small magnets on each ear piece is lined up right with the two pieces in the box?
