“Looks like to me there is always a problem with just one ear connecting , sounds like a malfunction , Why is it only a 15 day return and when you send off to apple they quote you &240 to fix the problem and it’s not covered under warranty?”

You might need to replace these. I’ve had mine over a year and don’t have this issue. Also one earbud could not be charging all the way in the case. Make sure it is snapped in all the way
