“All of a sudden I cannot get my Power Beat Pro to connect with my I-Phone . I followed the initial pairing instructions when I purchased them a year ago or so- They are fully charged and the phone is on and right next to them. any ideas? Thanks.”

• Put back in case and again in ear. Otherwise remove Bluetooth pairing and repair.

• If you disconnect the Bluetooth and follow the connect process from the beginning Everything should go back to normal
