“I had these buds before loved em but my question is . I experienced only one ear bud charging full and the other not charging at all in the case . Line I said not always but a few times one bud did not charge . What can I do m if that happens”

Are you making sure that the silver magnetic pins on the bud are connecting to the pins inside in the case?
