“Im trying to connect it to my laptop and computer both are Microsoft i dont know if that makes the difference but its not popping up at all. Though i press the beats on its side? or do i do something else thanks”

I have 3 windows computers, one of them a macbook pro with bootcamp. These do not work in Windows on any of my machines. They pair but never connect.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If your devices have bluetooth, it should be fast and painless. If they don't automatically connect, just go into your menu and pair them that way. I haven't had any issues. Maybe try setting the case next to your device, open the case while leaving the buds in them.
