No no noise cancelling but with the right size ear piece the noise around you is minimal.

Yes they’re, once you plug them into your ear you can instantly hear the silencing of your background. I’ve listen to music on low setting in a quiet environment I cannot hear outside of the earbuds. Even in louder environments, with the volume turned up you may still hear some slight outside sounds but the audio definitely over powers.

No, but they do get pretty loud. Loud enough to where you can't hear people around you. So, in a sense, yes. However, it does not have "Noise-Cancelling Technology" like the Airpods Pro
