Usually fix/repaired/replaced and shipped back within 7-10 business days after receiving the old pair.

A:AnswerThey never go off that price, if they do it's literally a week and then it goes back to the special price. There's a reason. Do not buy them! I've gone through multiple pairs with the powerbeats 2 and 3 and every time I have the same issues and they stop working within 60 days and apples warranty and warranty process are a joke. You'll wait at least a month for a replacement. And regardless of what youre tokd they do NOT switch them out in the apple store, ive tried.
