“I got this power beats wireless for less the a year, but now is not connecting with a tv. Power is fully on and wireless connected, but no sound Coms through ear power beat, can you help . Thank you”

WELL CHECK IF THEY CONNECT WITH OTHER DEVICES AND STILL PLAY SOUND FIRST. IT MAY JUST BE SOMETHING WITH ITS COMPATIBILITY WITH THE TV.

Reset your headphones by plugging them in and holding down the on/ off button while simultaneously holding down the volume button on the headphone “ cord”. When the on/off light blinks 3 times they have been reset. Disconnect the old headphone set up on the TV by dismissing it completely and then reconnect it while the headphones are turned on. Hope this helps!
