You might have a defective pair. I use mine to run and workout and I definitely sweat. Mine are older than 6 days and still work so it is very possible that they were defective.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If the beats 3 disconnect from you device and flash 3 times with a white light they are indeed shutting off because of moisture. I used plastic wrap around the volume area during workouts and that has seemed to solve the problem. Apple did replace my first set of beats 3 because of the sweat issue and then because the volume on the right side ear piece wasn't working properly.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have placed mine in the laundry. It’s gotten washed, stopped working, dried up and then restarted working. I think you just have a lemon. I would return and exchange if you can. They are pretty resilient.
