Although the wrap around part of the earpiece is not adjustable, there are different sized buds. I’d imagine using larger buds may help keep them in your ears. I would also recommend just carefully caring for the part that wraps around ie try your best not to stretch them, keep them in places that aren’t squished etc

Gently move the ear prong towards the ear bud...its metal inside the rubber so it will conform easily
