Yes. It is sweat proof if you mean sweat interfering with the grip around your ears.

I would guess so. I personally don't ever get sweat from my ears.

Don't know if anything is ever really *sweatproof* but they probably come as close as you can get. Stay in place great while running, and doing yoga/workouts.
