The functionality of the Powerbeats 3 Wireless product is the same. The difference between collections for the same product are the colors.

The regular color ones come with little black rubber carrying case and these come with a little red rubber carrying case with a logo. Same thing. All about color preferences. I wanted these the first time, but they were $70 more than the white ones (white ones were on sale at the time). I got these because they went on sale and gave white ones to the wife.
