- Answer I'm not sure why it's doing that i just got the solo 4 pink ones got them for my wife Mother's Day all she had to do is go to Bluetooth and connect them and they're working fine did not have to download any app and I think she's got a Galaxy A35

QuestionBought these for my daughter after charging we connected them to her phone. They worked for about 2 min then disconnected and wouldn't reconnect. I factory reset them and they still keep doing the same thing. Is there a fix or do I need to take them in?
