• Best Buy considers "True Wireless" to mean that they do not have wires connecting the cups together. Their meaning would only be possible with in-ear bluetooth. Its confusing, but Solo 4s are bluetooth wireless on ear headphones and do not require wires to connect to bluetooth enabled devices.

• It is true wireless that it doesn't have to be wired to something to play music, etc, but to charge the headphones you have to use a wire charger to charge them. I hope this helps.

• True wireless refers to the earbuds style of Bluetooth think airpods. Though technically the headset is truly wireless, but since it's actually connected via a frame, it's also considered as not.
