“Purchased a pair of beats solo pro today. They connected fine to my iPhone and sound great. Connected them to my insignia tv and I have no sound. I contacted support and they had no idea how to fix. Any suggestions?”

I would say it’s due to the brand of the TV insignia it’s not a brand that is known probably to Beats audio. The only way that I will try and fine on the website or on Google search is how to connect insignia with a beats audio headphones. Most times you would have to download a third-party app but other than that Samsung TVs or big higher brand TVs could connect with a beats headphone. Beats headphones are mainly use for like tablets, phones, computers, etc.
