• I asked this question to Best Buy and also called Apple Store. Both places do not offer a warranty on this item. Apple quit offering Apple care on their Beats line almost a year ago and when they did that, is the same time Best Buy quit offering a warranty.

• Yes, through apple you have a 1 year manufacturer warranty at best buy. That's what I was told when I asked.
