Q: QuestionI recently snapped the part of my headphones that connects the headband to the earphones. The headphones still work but I was just wondering can that lady be fixed and if so do you guys do repairs at BestBuy?

• A:Answer Same here. Had less than 60 days. BB employee said they were much better product prior to the Apple acquisition (used to metal, now plastic). Now have to pay $29 to repair/replace! Should be a class action! Check TikTok to see so many experiencing same issue!!!
