“Why isn’t headphones automatically connecting/pairing when I turn them on nor are they showing up in the find my app? This is my second pair that is experiencing this issue, exchanged the first pair thinking it was a glitch.”

Hi fellow BB costumer, Regarding the automatic connection issue with the Beats Studio Pro, it seems that while the Beats Studio Pro does not feature the W1 chip like the Beats Studio 3, it does have some form of automatic switching between devices. However, it's not as seamless as with AirPods, and some users have reported having to manually select the Studio Pro each time they switch between devices like the iPhone and iPad. This might be due to the devices needing to run on compatible operating systems, but even then, the auto switching may not be as reliable. I hope this info helps!
