QuestionI know these are wireless but are you able to listen to it with a wire too? I want to plug it into a microphone of mine so I can hear myself as I talk and Bluetooth isn’t an option for that.

- Answer No. There are 3 sound profiles you can access but only when using the USB C cable connection. Otherwise you just have noise cancellation and spacial audio adjustments.

QuestionThe USB cable with the headphones I bought does not fit a computer or ac adaptor port. Both ends are the same size connector. The headphone end size. What is up? Do I need a special adaptor to charge?

- Answer So its following the new standard now, where the new phones have that same type of cord. But if you have a C cord you can us that to charge the headset as well.

- Answer When I first got mine, they would disconnect all the time, I let them die & then made sure they weren’t connected to another device including phone, tablet, anything really fighting for the connectivity and they work brand new
