The closest aspect of your situation that IS possible is something called "split auxiliary"; where you can connect to two headphones via Aux. ~ Joos ~

That wont be available to us for atleast a few more releases of the Beats Studio wireless in my opinion. It would be a great feature. The only way i know how to audio share like that is by using the AirPods and using one in your ear and the other AirPod in your friends ear.
