If your product is still under warranty, you MIGHT be able to get a replacement pair of cords back. The warranty only covers manufacturer error, not lost items. With that being said, Best Buy, in general, tends to be quite lenient as to how far they stretch customer service, so go ahead and ask them about it. IF they do approve of a free replacement pair, you will most-likely NOT get the color you desire. Just be glad enough that you got a replacement cord, period.
