To reset your headphones, hold down the power button and volume down button for 10 seconds. When the Fuel Gauge flashes, release the buttons. Your headphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again. Sometimes different retailers offer separate warranty or service plans for the products they sell. If you purchased one of these plans, you could check with the retailer about their service plan or warranty details.
