I have the EXCAT SAME PROBLEM THIS SERMS TO BE A MANFACTURERS DEFECT ALONG WITH THE POOR DESIGN OG THE COMPONENTS THAT ALLOW YOU TO FOLD THEM TO STORE THE HEADPHONES IN THE PROVIDED CASE.
