What is the difference between 1.0, 2.0 and the 3.0? null

Our Performance Pillows like the Cosmo Performance Pillow have different levels of React plush fill. Our lowest profile pillow being the 0.0 size and the fullest profile being our 3.0 size. The higher the number the fuller the Performance Pillow will feel. Our 3.0 size is recommended for large body types, broad shoulders and side sleepers. While a lower size like the 1.0 or 0.0 size is created for smaller body types and stomach/back sleepers.
