• Yes, the covers are removable (hidden zipper) and washable! Use cool water, limit detergent, lightly dry, no fabric softener (reduces moisture-wicking).

• No you don’t get two pillows. But when I bought mine, they had a special going on. By the high and get the low for free.

• Yes, they are machine washable. I received the low pillow free with the purchase of the high pillow. Both pillows are equally comfortable.
