• Hi, Azul. Using an adapter may work fine with your desired setup, but have not totally tested yet.

• Simplest solution is to flip the dock upside down so the USB-C cord is on the correct side for the laptop. The dock can be used in either orientation and it has anti-slip pads on both sides.
