“Hello, does laptop HP Pavilion x360 14-cd0xxx compatible with Belkin CONNECT USB-C 11-in-1? I have tested with ports LAN, usb A they are working but not VGA and HDMI. Do I have to set anything else? Thank you”

VGA should work directly connected to a VGA port in your external display.
