Which port is faster/stronger: Top (A) or Bottom (B) port null

Hi Getndatknowledge. Both ports of this Belkin charger have the same power output: 5V / 2.4A / 12W per port (24W total).

can not answer the cord I use has double end can charge both warmers with same cord. top plug in.
