“What happens if I have a magsafe charging pad plugged into the 20W port but with no phone attached and my M2 Macbook Air connected to the 45W port. Will the Macbook see 65W? Or will the empty magsafe pad draw enough current to limit the port to 45W?”

Hi, JWn. If there is no device connected to the bottom port (20W) to be charged, then the Belkin WCH013 wall charger will provide up to 65W (for single use) on the top port.
