Can you charge Apple earbuds with this charger null

Hi. The Belkin BOOST CHARGE Dual Wireless Charging Pads (WIZ002) is compatible with any Qi-enabled devices, including the Airpods case.

No, this does not charge an Airpods case. I just bought this charger and can confirm you will only get the orange light. Tried on both pads as well as a second charger.
