• It will not charge with an otter box case because it’s too thick but it charges with a thin case

• Yes, I've used a silicon case and it charges with no issues. I currently use a leather case and it also charges great. I'm not sure if an otter box case is too thick to charge.

• I use it with an iPhone 11 Pro in a rather thick silicone case. Works great.

• Hi, Nickib. So long as the phone case is not more than 3mm thick and is made of lightweight plastic, then it should charge fine.
