The 10W power is inadequate to charge a Galaxy S10+ through a hard case. The New Samsung Charger stand with noiseless fan and LED delivers 12W of power. Power goes to 15W for Galaxy Note 10+ but the box does not list anything Google, so I suggest you go into a Best Buy and if they recommend it, buy it and plug it in right there. If it works everyone is happy. If not they will refund you. Maybe they have a demo now, but it was brand new when I walked in and saw it.
